Construction works for the new shipyard in the port of Casablanca – 2 Boat lifts, quay 2-1 and transfer and storage platform

As part of a vast project to restructure the port area of the metropolis, the new shipyard in the port of Casablanca aims to boost the ship repair sector in order to better meet the national and foreign demand. Within this large-scale project, we have realized a main 9600T boat lift, consisting of 2 quays on piles supporting, by 40 winches of CMU 375T, a metal platform of 150 meters x 28 meters x 3 meters and 1500T. From the realization of the 202 piles for the quay foundations to the supply and installation of the metal platform and the lift equipment to the load tests, this worksite stands out for its rare diversity and technical richness.
